1. EQ Sport Sdn. Bhd. (Company no. 1047946-T), was incorporated in Malaysia on 29 May 2013 with its registered address at No.30-A, Jalan 17/155C, Bandar Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur. The operations office is situated at Selangor Turf Club, Jalan Kuda Emas, off Jalan Sungai Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur.
2. The principal business of EQ Sport Sdn. Bhd. Includes :-
   • To promote and transact business in providing live telecasting and satellite services of races and results from overseas and Malaysia;
   • To provide professional consultation on sport management in equestrian sports and horse racing;
   • To involve in investment in totalisator operations.
3. EQ Sport acting on behalf of the LTM to operate Racing Totalisator Operations and Telephone Betting Operations, and to manage, conduct and promote the Telephone Betting Operations. 
4. EQ Link refers to the exclusive in-depth services provided by EQ Sport to facilitate EQ Link’s members on information and investments by telephone/mobile/electronic tele-betting facilities on the racing totalisator operated under the Racing (Totalisator Board) Act 1961..
5. EQ Link Account refers to the tele-betting accounts opened and maintained by EQ Link members with EQ Sport Sdn. Bhd.
